Thresholds of Promise: Embracing Life on the Other Side

Scripture: Isaiah 43:1-3; 18-19



You’ve done it! You’ve discerned well, mustered the trust and courage to cross the

threshold to find yourself standing boldly on the other side! Now what? You’ve

changed. Your surroundings have changed. Your reality is new, exciting, unknown, and

a little scary. Fear not! “I am about to do a new thing” says the Lord, “Now it springs

forth; do you not perceive it?” Having crossed the threshold we discover God’s promise

emerging anew filled with transformation, renewal, and hope. Do you perceive it?
